Orders & Delivery
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. The Game DR offers free nationwide delivery throughout South Africa. Standard delivery is included in the advertised product price.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard nationwide delivery is free. No additional standard delivery charge is added at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been booked for delivery and a waybill number is available, The Game DR will provide you with the waybill number so you can track the progress of your delivery online.
Can I collect my order?
No. Customer collections are not currently available. Orders are delivered using our nationwide courier service.
Do you offer same-day or overnight delivery?
No. The Game DR uses an economy courier service for standard nationwide deliveries.
Returns & Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date you receive the product, subject to the terms of The Game DR Product Warranty & Return Policy.
Can I return a product?
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days, subject to The Game DR Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer law.
What if my product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or incomplete?
Please contact The Game DR as soon as possible. We may request photos or video of the product or packaging and will provide instructions on the next steps.
What happens if my product develops a fault after the 7-day return period?
The product can still be assessed under the applicable warranty and South African consumer law. Please contact The Game DR with your order details and a description of the issue.
