Product images may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting and other display factors.

Product availability is subject to stock availability.

We will not substitute a different product for an ordered product without the customer’s agreement.

All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Standard nationwide delivery is included in the advertised product price. No additional standard delivery charge is added at checkout.

The Game DR offers free standard nationwide delivery within South Africa.

Orders are delivered using an economy courier service. Customer collection, same-day delivery and overnight delivery are not currently offered.

Once an order has been booked for delivery and a waybill number becomes available, The Game DR will provide the customer with the waybill number so that the delivery can be tracked online.

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address and appropriate contact information.

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days, subject to The Game DR Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

Customers must contact The Game DR before returning a product and follow the return instructions supplied.
